From my extensive career and life experience living and working in four continents, I bring an intelligent and lived understanding of purpose, creation, change and impact.

In addition to coaching creative leaders across the world, I devised and led the Leadership Coaching Program for Washington, DC-based NAS, where coaching is used to support and develop US and global leaders across the arts and cultural spectrum to be 21st Century creative changemakers. From my continued involvement with this and other global coaching programs, I bring the latest leadership thinking, tools and resources to your current challenge and ongoing development.

I’m Australian with a US Green Card who lives in Los Angeles and works internationally. This means I not only bring a global perspective, but honesty, an Aussie sense of humor and a no-BS approach to our work.

With multiple post-graduate degrees and awards in social impact, entrepreneurship and innovation from leading universities, I’m also able to see your potential from different points of view.
